Originally from Central New Jersey, Jesse Berman is an experienced journalist, content writer, and technical writer.
He currently operates on a number of freelance contracts as a technical writer and content writer.
From 2022 to 2023, he worked as a technical writer at Accenture. There, he wrote standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for one of Accenture’s clients, a Fortune 100 company.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a staff writer for Mid-Atlantic Media, writing for the Baltimore Jewish Times, Montgomery Magazine, Washington Jewish Week, Baltimore’s Child, and Washington Family. Some of his articles appeared in major publications like the Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, and the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Four of his articles won awards from the Maryland-Delaware-DC Press Association.
His reporting included breaking news, local news, international issues, the economy, arts and entertainment, politics, education, crime, medicine, the environment, and profile pieces.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2007, and a master’s degree from American University in 2013.
When he’s not writing news articles or SOPs, Jesse also enjoys writing works of fiction.
