Streaming live video on Facebook

To stream a live video on Facebook from your smartphone, follow these steps:

1.       Open the Facebook app on your smartphone.

2.       If you are not logged into your account, login with your username and password.

3.       Navigate to your profile page.

4.       Scroll down to the Your Posts section.

5.       Tap the Live button.

6.       To add a description to your video, follow these steps:

a.       Tap “Tap to add a description...”

b.       Type in your description with the keypad.

c.       Tap Done in the top right corner.

7.       When you are ready to live stream, tap Go Live. Live streaming begins after a brief countdown.

8.       When you are ready to end your live stream, tap Finish in the bottom right corner of the screen.

9.       To post your live stream, tap Post for 30 Days.
